New Delhi
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who was in India to attend the G20 summit, was unable to depart from Delhi due to a technical glitch in their plane.
The Canadian delegation will remain in Delhi until alternative arrangements are made. The engineering team on the ground is investigating the fault.
The flight was scheduled for 8 p.m. on Sunday, but the Canadian Armed Forces informed the plane that it was experiencing technical problems.
The problems cannot be fixed overnight, so the Canadian delegation will remain in India until alternative arrangements are made. Trudeau arrived in Delhi on Friday to participate in the G20 summit.
