France: Stuntman dies after falling from 68-storey tower

Remy Lucidi, a stuntman known for his stunts on skyscrapers, died after falling from the 68th floor in Hong Kong. Lucidi shared a picture on social media about an hour before his death.

According to media reports, Lucidy Tregunter went inside the tower complex to perform stunts. While he was climbing the tower, he became trapped outside the penthouse on the top floor. So in a panic, he knocked on a window, which startled a maid working there. Seeing him, he also got scared and his foot slipped. Due to this, he fell from the 68th floor and died.

Hong Kong officials said Lucidi was seen at the building at around 6 p.m. and told the security guard at the gate that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor. When staff corroborated with the alleged friend, it was learned that Lucidi lied. The security guard tried to stop him, but by then he had already entered the lift. In the CCTV footage, he can be seen arriving on the 49th floor and later climbing the ladder to the top of the building. The occupants found the window leading to the terrace open, but say they did not see Lucidi anywhere.

However, around 7.30 pm, the man was seen knocking on the window, prompting a maid in the apartment to call the police. Media reports said that Lucidi was trapped outside the penthouse and was banging on the window for help. Let us tell you, the police found Lucidi’s camera at the scene and it had videos of his high-altitude stunts.
