A man demonstrated outside a mosque in Sweden by burning a Quran on Wednesday. Some are opposing this incident, while some are supporting the person. NATO held a press conference about this. During this, NATO chief  Jens Stoltenberg described the burning of the Quran as insulting. However, he also said that the incident was not illegal.

There are frequent anti-Islamic demonstrations in Sweden. Because of this, there is always tension between Turkey and Sweden.
