A paramedic pronounced him dead at the scene, the Singapore Civil Defense Force said. The incident took place around 3.40 pm. (local time) at 1 Buro Bandh. MOM said it is investigating the matter and has directed Star Ready-Mix to stop operating all vehicles there. MOM said, “As a general safety measure, employers should implement a proper traffic management plan to reduce risks from vehicles.”
