Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has reached the Supreme Court in the Modi surname case. An appeal has been made on his behalf that he should not be punished in this case.

When the High Court did not stay Rahul’s sentence, it had become clear that the Congress was about to approach the Supreme Court.

Now in the same episode, the Congress leader has applied to the Supreme Court.
