The Patriot air defense system is considered to be very advanced and useful but President Vladimir Putin has rejected it as out of date. According to the media, Putin said that Moscow would find a way to counter it. Putin told reporters that our goal is not to escalate the military conflict. Rather, on the contrary, this war has to be ended.
