Russian drone attacked with drone in Ukraine’ Odesa area

Russian troops targeted the port in Ukraine’s Odesa region with their Shahid drone in the past. The army of Ukraine gave this information. A Russian drone strike damaged a grain elevator and set fire to a structure vital to the country’s grain exports, according to Ukraine’s military. Russia has been targeting the city since Ukraine allowed grain exports to the world market through the port of Odesa.

According to the information, since July 17, Russian forces have attacked the port of Odessa and the river ports of the region being used as an alternative route dozens of times with drones and missiles. “The enemy’s clear target is the port and industrial infrastructure of the region,” the southern command of the Ukrainian military said in a Facebook post. The elevator appeared to be damaged. According to the information given by the Ukrainian military on Wednesday morning, its air force shot down 23 Martyr drones last night, mostly sent to attack Odesa and Kyiv. Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv city administration, said that all 10 drones sent to Kyiv were shot down.

He said several explosions were heard last night as the air defence system was activated. According to Popko, debris from the downed drone fell in three districts of the capital, causing damage to non-residential buildings. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his telegram message on Wednesday morning, “Russian terrorists once again targeted the port, grain storage facility and global food security.” The world should answer this.
