Tunisian leader Kais Saied claimed the “Zionist movement” was behind the name of Storm Daniel, which caused massive floods in Libya, leading to outrage and accusations of antisemitism. He cited Daniel as a Hebrew prophet and attributed the name to the Zionist movement’s influence on the Mediterranean region.
