Wagner Group: Russia gives three options to Wagner fighters

The last few days were full of tension for Russia, one of the most powerful countries in the world. The reason for this was the rebellion of the Wagner Group. Yevgeny Prigozhin, a long-time favourite of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Prigozhin’s Wagner Group, also known as a mercenary army, which flourished with Putin’s support, played a crucial role in many of Russia’s military missions.

In his address, Putin talked about the rebellion of the Wagner Group as well as some other issues. Also targeted Ukraine and the West. The three options recently given by Putin for the fighters of the rebel Wagner Group are as follows.

1. Join the Russian Army

Putin offered the fighters of the rebel Wagner Group to join the Russian army, giving them the first option.

2. Move to Belarus

Putin gave another option to the fighters of the rebel Wagner Group and said that they can go to Belarus. Group leader Prigozhin also has the option of moving to Belarus, which was given to him during the agreement itself.

3. Return to your home

Putin gave a third option to the fighters of the rebel Wagner Group, saying that if they do not want to join the Russian army or go to Belarus, they can return to their homes.
