Tata Tiago EV
Tata Motors is going to launch the electric version of its popular hatchback car Tata Tiago in India on 28 September 2022. The car is likely to get a lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 26 kWh. According to reports, this Tata Tiago EV will offer a range of 302 km with this battery pack.
The company has not made any official announcement about its price but Tata Motors can launch it with a starting price of Rs 10 lakh, after which it will become India’s cheapest electric car.
MG New Electric Car
MG Motors’ MG ZS EV electric SUV is already present in India, after which the company is about to launch its new low-budget electric car in view of the vacant space in the compact SUV segment.
MG Motor India has officially confirmed that it will launch an affordable electric car in the first half of 2023. Although the company has not given any information about this electric car, according to reports, the company is going to launch this car in the market with an initial price of Rs 10 lakh to 12 lakh.
This electric car will be an S compact SUV and according to reports, once fully charged, it will be able to achieve a driving range of 250 to 300 km.
Citroen C3 EV
Citroen India has launched this compact SUV in India and in view of the success it is getting, the company is going to launch an electric version of this SUV in the first quarter of 2023, which has been named the Citroen C3 EV.
According to reports, the company can unveil this car in December 2022 before launching it, with which information about its powertrain, features and specifications can also be given.
According to reports, in this Citroen C3 EV, the company can offer a 50 kWh capacity lithium-ion battery pack, which will get a driving range of 300 to 350 km once fully charged. The company has not given any information about its prices but according to reports, its starting price can be from 10 to 12 lakh rupees (ex-showroom).
